Hatboro Public drunkenness … On June 18 at 10:34 p.m., Howard H. McConnell, 58, of Hatboro, was arrested and cited for public drunkenness after he was found intoxicated and passed out in a resident’s front yard in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue, police said.

Airport control tower funds secured
From the Barnstable Municipal Airport Commission The Barnstable Municipal Airport Commission has voted to accept an additional $1.99 million in federal stimulus funds to help pay for a new air traffic control tower at the Hyannis airport.  When added to previously received Federal Aviation Administration grants, the money brings total federal funding for the project to nearly $6.7 million.
